I’m a firm believer that good food doesn’t need to be complicated. If you use quality ingredients and care, you can make something amazing with only a few, well picked items. If you have any doubt, this recipe proves it. With only two ingredients, you can make an amazing ribeye that people will talk about days after the meal. It’s juicy and flavorful, with a little heat from the seasoning. We like to top it with a little roasted garlic and herb butter for a little more complex flavor, but it is by no means necessary. Serve with our super simple grilled corn, potato, or asparagus for a refined meal that took you no time at all to make!

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 12 oz ribeye
Instructions
- Sprinkle cajun seasoning on ribeye, rubbing it evenly over the steak, including the sides. Place in container or plastic bag and let rest in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Pull steak about 25 minutes prior to cooking to bring it to room temperature. Put steak on preheated grill, only turning steak once during cooking, allowing the seasoning to create a crust on each side. Pull steak off the grill when it is about 5° from preferred temperature, then let rest for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
