They only have 4 ingredients and are gluten free! They are so easy to make they will become your go to favorite for curing that sweet tooth! Seriously, they take about 5 minutes to prep, then about 10 minutes to bake, this is one of those recipes you can make at midnight when a peanut butter craving hits! Ingredients
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet with parchement paper (if you don't have any you can just lightly grease a baking sheet).
- Add peanut butter, sugar, and egg into a bowl and mix well. Add peanut butter chips and mix.
- Using either a spoon or a cookie scoop, drop cookies about 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Press down with a fork and bake for 9-11 minutes, until the outside edges start to turn golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
