Not only is this recipe simple, but can be made ahead of time and put on the grill whenever you are ready, leaving you time to focus on the rest of your meal. This is also an amazing way to step up dishes like shepherd’s pie or corn salad to give it a little more flavor, just cut the kernels off the cob once it’s cooled. Don’t love spicy food? No problem, just ignore the cayenne or replace it with a little paprika!

Ingredients
- 2 EACH CORN ON THE COB
- ¼ TSP CAYENNE PEPPER
- ¼ TSP SALT
- ¼ TSP BLACK PEPPER FRESHLY GROUND
- ½ TSP GRANULATED GARLIC
- 1 COOKING SPRAY
Instructions
- PREHEAT GRILL ON MED-LOW HEAT (ABOUT 380°F TO 400°F)
- CLEAN HUSK FROM CORN
- PLACE CORN ON A SHEET OF ALUMINUM FOIL. SPRAY BOTH SIDES OF THE CORN WITH COOKING SPRAY.
- MIX CAYENNE PEPPER, SALT, PEPPER, AND GRANULATED GARLIC AND SPRINKLE SPICE MIX EVENLY ON THE CORN. WRAP WITH ALUMINUM FOIL.
- PLACE CORN ON THE GRILL FOR 20 MINUTES, FLIPPING HALF WAY THROUGH. *IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO GRILL? DON'T WORRY! THE CORN CAN BE COOKED IN THE OVEN AT 425°F FOR 15 MINUTES AND STILL BE JUST AS DELICIOUS.
- UNWRAP CORN FROM FOIL AND ADD BUTTER IF DESIRED. ENJOY!
