Who doesn’t love a good pork chop? Honestly, in our house we will buy the family size package of pork chops (crazy since there are only two of us!) and will gladly eat this meal for three nights in a row. It’s that good! Paired with our grilled potatoes and corn, you have a super easy meal that is done in about 25 minutes! This recipe uses ribeye pork chops, rubbed with our all purpose spice overnight, then grilled to perfection! What makes it even better? Adding some delicious BBQ sauce right at the end. You end up with the most flavorful, tender, and juicy pork chop that has a little kick of spice mixed with sticky BBQ sauce. Trust me, it’s one of those meals that no matter how full you are at the end, you are sad to see an empty plate! No one will believe this pork chop only uses 3 ingredients for the whole thing!

Instructions

  • Place pork chops in a container. Sprinkle with all purpose seasoning, rubbing it in so they are evenly coated. Refrigerate over night.
  • Preheat grill to medium high heat (about 350°-400°F). Place pork chops on the grill for about 20 minutes, flipping half way through. Once pork chops have an internal temperature of 145°, coat pork chops with BBQ sauce using a basting brush. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, until BBQ sauce starts to caramelize.
  • Remove from grill and enjoy!

Notes

We love to use Boneless Ribeye Pork Chops for this recipe because they are so tender.  You can use whatever your favorite pork chop is, bone in or boneless.
You don’t have to marinate this overnight, but doing so will help the seasonings penetrate the meat.  If you are in a rush, feel free to skip this step.
We recommend the original Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce but you can use whatever your favorite is.  We do recommend staying away from a sweeter BBQ for this recipe.
