This avocado cream sauce is so simple but adds such a great dimension of flavor. This sauce only uses 4 ingredients (yes, including the salt!) and works well on everything from tacos to sandwiches (both cold cut and grilled), taquitos to quesadillas. This sauce is slightly thicker than mayonnaise but would be used in almost any setting that you would use mayonnaise as a condiment. It’s light green color also adds interest to your foods, but it’s the creamy texture and wonderful taste that will win everyone over. Plus, the avocado in this adds fiber, potassium, copper, and vitamins B, C, E, and K! Healthy and delicious!
