Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
After completely drying your green beans, add to baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray. Add all the spices and mix well. Spread beans into a single layer and lightly spray top of beans with cooking spray. Cook for 20 minutes, gently stirring them half way though. Enjoy!
Notes
If you don't like cooking spray, feel free to use 2 tsp olive oil instead. I like the cooking spray to reduce calories. If you like spicy food, try doubling the cayenne in the recipe for green beans with a delicious spicy bite.
