Preheat oven to 400°F. Put 1 pita flatbread on cooking sheet. Lightly coat with cooking spray. Sprinkle salt, pepper, granulated garlic, and half of the crushed red pepper on the bread.
Evenly spread bbq sauce on pita. Sprinkle cheese evenly over pesto and top with chicken.
Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted and crust is crispy. Top with remaining crushed red pepper. Enjoy!
Notes
We love Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce but you can use whatever your favorite variety is for this recipe. We also like changing it up a bit every now and then by adding thin sliced red onions or mushrooms. Simply reduce the amount of chicken to 1.5 oz when adding vegetables or increase the cooking time 3-4 minutes to compensate for the additional items.
