Mix all ingredients well into a large bowl. Let sit in the refridgerator for at least 25 minutes to let the flavors settle and for the boullion to fully dissolve. Mix again before serving with your favorite potato chip. Enjoy!

If you can't find granulated beef bouillon cubes or you have regular bouillon cubes at home, you can simply use 4 cubes and break them apart into granules. You just want the pieces small enough that they dissolve in the sour cream. I put the cubes in a zip lock bag and use a meat tenderizer to break them apart.Since both potato chips and beef bouillon is so high in sodium, I would highly recommend one or both ingredients being the low sodium variety. You can always add a little salt to the dip if necessary, but using both regular chips and regular bouillon will result in a dip that some may find too salty.
