Ingredients
- 8 oz heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Using a chilled mixing bowl and whisk attachments, beat cream until peaks are just forming. Add powdered sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract and continue to beat until peaks form. The consistency will be so that you can take a spoon full of the whipped cream and turn it upside down without it falling off. Make sure not to over-beat the mixture, however, since that would create butter.
